We invite you to join us at one 2nd MDGLCC "\;Virtual SOCAM (Support Our Cultural Arts Members) Social"\;. \; This event will be conducted via Zoom with free admission to Chamber members and the community at large. \; The concept is to provide a virtual networking opportunity where a \;cultural arts organization of our Chamber \;interacts with guests. \; A \;museum \;guide or curator will showcase an exhibition and field questions from attendees during the hour long event.

This MDGLCC "\;Virtual SOCAM (Support Our Cultural Arts Members) Social"\; \;is supported \;by \;Bacardi. \; At the beginning of the event\, a Bacardi Brand Ambassador and Mixologist \;will showcase how \;to \;confection your favorite Bacardi drink at home. \; Our 2nd \;event is scheduled for Wednesday\, September 30th \;from 5pm-6pm hosted by The PAMM (Perez Art Museum Miami). \;

\nAbout The Exhibition
\nPolyphonic: Celebrating PAMM&rsquo\;s Fund for African American Art highlights a group of paintings\, sculptures\, and photographs that have since become quintessential for the museum&mdash\;including works by Terry Adkins\, Romare Bearden\, Kevin Beasley\, Ed Clark\, Leslie Hewitt\, Faith Ringgold\, Tschabalala Self\, Xaviera Simmons and Juana Valdes\, among several others. The title of the exhibition points to the idea of various\, distinct artistic voices coming together in a spirit of harmony and solidarity.
